    We partner with various licensed Internet Service Providers and Fibre Network Operators to assist customers in identifying suitable connectivity solutions based on service availability, network coverage, technical feasibility, pricing, and customer requirements.
    Our role includes assisting customers with:
    • Coverage enquiries
    • Product recommendations
    • Quotations
    • Service applications
    • Order submissions
    • Installation coordination
    • Customer support liaison
    • General account assistance
    Although we facilitate the application and onboarding process, the approval of any application remains subject to the policies, technical requirements, credit approval processes, and operational procedures of the relevant Internet Service Provider or Fibre Network Operator.
    Submitting an enquiry or application through Get Your Fibre does not constitute acceptance of an application, guarantee service availability, or create a binding service agreement.
    Where an application is accepted, the customer may also become subject to the applicable terms, conditions, pricing policies, installation requirements, cancellation policies, and acceptable use policies of the relevant service provider.
    Get Your Fibre acts as an authorised sales partner or reseller where applicable and provides assistance before, during, and after the installation process. However, network construction, infrastructure deployment, installation scheduling, technical support, maintenance, service interruptions, and fault resolution remain the responsibility of the applicable Internet Service Provider or Fibre Network Operator.

  1. Service Availability
    All products and services offered through Get Your Fibre are subject to network availability and technical feasibility.
    Availability varies according to your physical address, the infrastructure installed in your area, and the service capabilities of the relevant Fibre Network Operator or Internet Service Provider.
    While we endeavour to display accurate coverage information, availability checks are indicative only and do not guarantee that a service can be installed.
    Estimated installation timeframes provided by Get Your Fibre are based on information supplied by third-party providers and should be regarded as estimates only.
    Installation timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • Existing network infrastructure;
    • New fibre construction requirements;
    • Municipal approvals;
    • Wayleave approvals;
    • Contractor availability;
    • Supplier delays;
    • Adverse weather conditions;
    • Access restrictions;
    • Technical complications; or
    • Any other unforeseen operational circumstances.
    Accordingly, Get Your Fibre cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
    We reserve the right to amend, suspend, replace, or discontinue any product, service, pricing, promotion, or package without prior notice where required by our suppliers, business partners, or applicable legislation.

    Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to Get Your Fibre for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
    Nothing contained in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable South African law.

    Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, installation, or service activation.

    Many of the products and services promoted by Get Your Fibre are delivered by independent third-party providers.
    Once an order has been accepted by the relevant service provider, that provider’s own service agreements, acceptable use policies, installation procedures, billing terms, privacy policies, and cancellation conditions shall apply.
    Get Your Fibre cannot amend or override the contractual obligations imposed by any third-party provider.
    While we endeavour to assist customers with service queries and escalations, the final resolution of technical faults, billing disputes, cancellations, network performance, and installation scheduling remains the responsibility of the relevant provider.
